TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
ProtoCoat 1253 is a high-quality coating that can be used with or without primer over steel, galvanized metal, aluminum and concrete. It bonds directly to steel or concrete. A single coat can out-perform several coats of alkyd coating. Two coats of this coating may be applied at one-hour intervals for a total of 15 mils dry film.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Coating performance is directly related to the quality and degree of surface preparation. Prior to overcoating, all surfaces must be clean, dry, undamaged, and free of all contaminants. For more specific information, consult the surface preparation section contained in the Application instructions.
