EnduraTred 1194

EnduraTred 1194 is a self-leveling epoxy coating that has excellent resistance to organic solvents, caustic environments, and dilute acidic exposures.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

EnduraTred 1194 is a high texture 100% solids, AHC (Advanced Hybrid Cycloaliphatic) amine-cured self leveling epoxy floor coating which exhibits excellent resistance to organic solvents, caustic environments, and dilute acidic exposures while also displaying outstanding mechanical properties, such as adhesion and abrasion resistance. EnduraTred 1194 Epoxy Floor Coatings are designed for concrete service such as warehouse flooring, machine pads, pharmaceutical processing areas, USDA inspected facilities, and chemical processing areas in which excellent slip resistance is needed. EnduraTred 1194 meets requirements for FDA & USDA inspected facilities. 

EnduraTred 1194 is available in four different texture formulations:

1194-020 (Light Texture)

1194-040 (Medium Light Texture)

1194-080 (Medium Texture)

1194-160 (Medium Heavy Texture)

1194-320 (Heavy Texture)

SURFACE PREPARATION

Coating performance is directly related to the quality and degree of surface preparation. Prior to overcoating, all surfaces must be clean, dry, undamaged, and free of all contaminants. For more specific information, consult the surface preparation section contained in the Application instructions.
