PRIMERS:
BondTite 1101
An epoxy primer which exhibits excellent adhesion and sealing properties on steel and concrete.
BASE COATS:
BondTite 1114
An epoxy adhesive which exhibits excellent adhesive properties on many substrates, and has been flexibilized to reduce coating stresses caused by expansion and contraction due to temperature change.
LiquaTile 1143
A full ceramic, self-leveling epoxy floor coating used when resistance to organic solvents, caustic environments, and acidic exposures is desired.
LiquaTile 1184
A semi-ceramic, self-leveling epoxy floor coating used when resistance to organic solvents, caustic environments, and acidic exposures is desired.
BondTite 1501
A water-reducible epoxy primer that can be applied to green concrete well within the typical 28 day curing period. If applied on concrete within 12 hours of the pour, it eliminates the need to shot blast and allows coating of the concrete the next day.
BondTite 1503
A water-reducible epoxy primer and bond enhancer that has the ability to reduce moisture transmission in concrete slabs.
TOP COATS:
EnduraShield 2254
A clear gloss urethane that is applied over epoxy or used to recoat existing epoxy or urethane floor. Additives can be used to increase slip and abrasion resistance.
BondTite 1115
An epoxy polymer that can be used by itself as a clear coating or can be used as a decorative broadcast medium for ColorQuartz, DecoFlakes, or other broadcast material.
REPAIR PRODUCTS:
TrowelEase 1162 Patch Kit
A four-component patching kit used for epoxy overlays, repairing spalled concrete (holes), and resurfacing old or damaged concrete.
IntegraFlex 1921
A flexible joint filler designed for filling joints on horizontal surfaces.
AGGREGATES:
TrowelSand 211
An economical aggregate for resinous mortar systems. It is a blend of fine quartz sands, and is typically combined with TrowelSand 271 to achieve a trowelable mix.
TrowelSand 245
A premium aggregate for resinous mortar systems. It is a blend of various size quartz sands and troweling aides which compacts tightly for a stronger, more aesthetically pleasing appearance.
TrowelSand 250
A pre-blended, economical aggregate for resinous mortar systems. It is a blend of 2 parts TrowelSand 211 to 1 part TrowelSand 271.
TrowelSand 271
An economical aggregate for resinous mortar systems. It is a blend of extra fine quartz sands. It is typically combined with TrowelSand 211 to achieve a trowelable mix.
GENERAL PURPOSE FLOORING PRODUCTS:
VersaRez 9100
A resin that can be crosslinked with appropriate curing agents (hardeners) to produce desired properties such as chemical resistance, adhesive, and/or mechanical properties.
VersaHard 9108
A low cost resin for general purpose epoxy coatings that can be combined with our VersaHard products.
VersaHard 9504
A standard hardener for general purpose epoxy coatings that can be used with various VersaRez products, however it is primarily used with VersaRez 9108.
CHEMICAL RESISTANT:
ChemShield 1601
An epoxy primer used for priming and sealing concrete where chemical resistance is necessary.
ChemShield 1710
A binder that has excellent chemical resistance, which includes resistance to organic solvents, gasolines, caustic environments, and acidic exposures.
ChemShield 1712
A binder that has excellent chemical resistance, which includes resistance to organic solvents, gasolines, caustic environments, and acidic exposures. This product is well suited for sewage pipe, treatment plants, petroleum refining and storage, and chemical plants.
ChemShield 1734
A sprayable epoxy lining with excellent resistance to organic solvents, caustic environments, and dilute acidic exposures.
